Fazli Bytyci

Fazli Bytyci's work experience began in 1999 at the United Nations, where they worked as an IT Data expert until 2001. In 2002, they joined the Kosovo Agency of Statistics as an IT Expert until 2003. Fazli then started working at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova in 2003, where they held various roles, including Programmer, ICT Infrastructure Manager, Manager of IT Development, and eventually became the Head of Security. In 2015, they joined UBT University as an Assistant Professor until 2019 when they joined RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) as an Instructor. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief Agile Innovation Officer at both Solaborate and hellocare.ai, where they are involved in creating an end-to-end telehealth and virtual healthcare delivery platform.

Fazli Bytyci completed their education at various institutions in different fields. In 2012 to 2014, they attended Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management. Prior to that, in 2010, they briefly studied at Veridion Inc, earning certification as an ISO 20000 Certified Implementer. This particular certification focuses on IT service management. Additionally, in the same year, Fazli Bytyci obtained a certification as an ISO 27001 Certified Lead Auditor from Veridion Inc. This certification pertains to the field of information security management systems.
