Emily Roberts

Emily Roberts is an experienced professional in risk management and business development, currently serving as the Managing Director of Risk at Solace Global since March 2016. In this role, Emily leads efforts to help clients identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while enhancing resilience and operational capacity in complex environments. Prior to this, Emily held positions such as Head of Business Development for Global Risk at Solace Global and various roles at Drum Cussac, including Business Development & Key Account Manager and Maritime Operations Manager. Emily's career also includes experience in sales, marketing, and customer services at organizations such as WeClick Media, J.P. Morgan, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and ABRITEL-HOMEAWAY. Emily holds a degree in International Marketing and French from Bournemouth University, alongside A levels and GCSEs from Southdowns Community College and Westergate Community College, respectively.
