Praveer Silare

Praveer Silare is an experienced Professional Service Consultant at Solace since April 2022, specializing in field engineering, use case evaluation, detailed design, monitoring, observability, customer demonstrations of new features, and customer training related to Solace and Event Driven Architecture. Prior to Solace, Praveer held the role of Principal Engineer at Westpac from May 2015 to June 2022, contributing to the ISO Program for Payments Technology and working closely with Middleware and Cloud specialists across the Westpac Banking Group. Earlier experience includes a position as a Designer at ANZ from May 2009 to May 2015, focusing on technology solutions and integration services, along with roles at ADP and TechMahindra where Praveer was involved in supporting IBM MQ Series and developing applications based on IBM WebSphere Message Broker. Praveer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nagpur University and G.H.R.C.E, Nagpur, India, completed in 2006.
