Sherrie Seward

Sherrie Seward currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Solace, a position held since February 2013, where responsibilities include leading the global People function and implementing advanced People & Culture initiatives such as talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational change management. Prior roles at Solace include VP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, focusing on comprehensive HR functions. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Sherrie has also held significant HR positions at Nordion Canada Inc., Research in Motion, and IBM Canada Ltd., gaining extensive experience in recruiting, employee relations, and compensation. Sherrie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
