Frank Fencl

Frank Fencl serves as the R&D Process Engineering Manager at SolAero by Rocket Lab since April 2019, specializing in technical guidance across various manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Frank held positions as Principal Engineer in R&D with STC.UNM, where responsibilities included managing intellectual property for UNM's Engineering portfolio, and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico. Frank's career began as a Clinical Lab Technologist at TriCore Reference Laboratories and included earlier experience as a Supplemental Instructor/Tutor at CAPS at UNM. Frank completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of New Mexico, following a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution. Academic achievements began with a High School Diploma from Los Lunas High School.
