Nathan Joy is an experienced professional with a background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at SolAero by Rocket Lab since May 2022. With previous roles as Divisional Black Belt at Airnov Healthcare Packaging and Clariant, along with experience as a Reliability Engineer, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in process improvement and project execution. Nathan began the career in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Corporal and taking on multiple leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University and an engineering transfer degree from Portland Community College.
