Sebastian Kellerhoff

Sebastian Kellerhoff currently serves as Vice President of Food and Beverage & Culinary and Regional Vice President of Culinary at Solaire Resort since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sebastian was the Director of Food and Beverage at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas from March 2022 to June 2023, where efforts resulted in increased revenue streams and successful hosting of FIFA World Cup officials. Sebastian's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Hyatt on the Bund, overseeing F&B operations, achieving HACCP certification, and driving innovative strategies to exceed KPIs. Previous roles also include Executive Chef at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow and several other prominent Hyatt properties, where Sebastian contributed to openings and developed unique dining concepts.
