Karin Jole Newberry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karin started their career as a Senior Brand Manager at Hartmann Luggage from 1995 to 1998, where they played a key role in brand management. Karin then joined Tumi, Inc. as a Brand Manager from 1998 to 2000, where they were responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

In 2000, Karin joined Brown-Forman, where they held multiple positions. As the Division Marketing Manager from 2000 to 2002, they played a crucial role in managing marketing strategies. Karin then served as the Finlandia & Southern Comfort Business Manager from 2002 to 2004, where they focused on brand communication and localization of marketing plans.
