Mahibul Islam has work experience as a Community Manager (CM) in various companies. In 2017, they were self-employed as the owner of a business. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at VIDY, where they were responsible for managing communities and implementing an NLP consensus protocol. In 2020, they worked at MANTRA DAO, RioDeFi, KardiaChain, and Solana, contributing to community governance, bridging traditional and decentralized finance, and managing communities.

From 2014 to 2020, Mahibul Islam attended NUB (Name of University withheld), where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. mahibul'sstudies focused on Business Administration and Management, emphasizing a general understanding of the field.
