Nobel Mcr has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as a Social Media Analyst at MediaWave Interactive in 2014. They then worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Padjadjaran, where they were recognized for their editing skills and won awards for Best Film and Best Film Editor. They joined TAS AG as a Junior Innovation Consultant in 2018 and later had a brief stint at Amazon as an Inbound and Outbound Associate in 2019. In the same year, Nobel co-founded Nobel Burger Bar, managing a team of 16 and establishing partnerships with clients. They also organized provincial-scale tournaments for PUBG mobile games. In 2020, they served as a Consultant and Innovation Manager at Coral Waterpark, successfully launching a new water park and developing an innovation strategy. They went on to work as a Business Innovation Consultant at Raxhel Germain Consulting, specializing in SME growth and conducting market research. Nobel also co-founded various businesses, including a cosmetics shop, a beverage brand, and a coffee brand, demonstrating their entrepreneurial skills. In 2021, they joined Valbury Asia Group as an Investment Analyst and later became a Financial Consultant, managing multi-million-dollar investment portfolios and designing personalized investment plans for high-net-worth clients. In 2022, they joined Qafi Tirta Anugrah as a Product Innovation Consultant. Their most recent role, starting in 2023, is as a Fund Manager at Meta Cartel Research, where they manage a trading portfolio, conduct on-chain analysis, and develop algorithms. Overall, Nobel has a strong background in business innovation, investment analysis, portfolio management, and entrepreneurship.

Nobel Mcr's education history begins in 2012, when they attended Universitas Padjadjaran for their Bachelor's degree in communication science with a focus on Marketing Communication. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

Afterward, in 2018, Nobel Mcr enrolled in Leipzig University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. This program lasted until 2020. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications, such as the IELTS Academic in 2017.
