Virginia Osterman

Virginia Osterman is a Corporate Chemist and Technical Director at Solar Atmospheres, Inc. since March 2014, where expertise lies in developing new and improved heat treatment processes for vacuum heat treating. In addition, Virginia Osterman has been a consultant at Osterman Consulting since 1992, serving Solar Atmospheres Inc. as a primary customer since 2004. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Chemist at DuPont from October 1989 to December 1991. Virginia Osterman holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Yale University (1984-1989) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Northeastern University (1980-1984).
