Todd Bermont started their career as the Founder, Author, Sales Training Consultant, and Keynote Speaker at 10 Step Corporation from 2000 to 2012, where they wrote books and taught career and sales training courses. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Regional Director at Total Site Solutions, responsible for regional sales of design/build and commissioning services. Todd then moved on to TNB Power Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2010, overseeing a territory of independent sales representatives. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Critical Infrastructure Solutions, focusing on power/cooling products and solutions for data centers. Todd then worked at Toshiba International Corporation as the National Sales Manager - UPS Business Unit from 2013 to 2014, leading a team of sales managers and achieving revenue and profit goals. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing - Mission Critical Solutions at Evolve Holdings, Inc., responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the data center industry. In 2020, they briefly served as the Vice President of Sales at OptiCool Technologies. Currently, they are working at Solarcraft, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, focused on growing sales and increasing market share for solar power solutions. Todd has a strong track record of achieving growth in sales and winning new accounts throughout their career.
Todd Bermont attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School from 1978 to 1982, where they received a high school diploma with a focus on general studies. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
