Anders Odgaard

Anders Odgaard has significant experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Anders currently serves as the SVP & CIO at Solar Group, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LEO Pharma, where they held several positions, including Senior Director of Digital Product & Service Delivery, Senior Director of Infrastructure & Operations, and Senior Director of Service Delivery in Global IT. Anders was responsible for delivering IT services to employees worldwide. Before their time at LEO Pharma, Odgaard held the position of Senior Director of Corporate IT at Haldor Topsøe. Anders also served as the Head of Group IT at FOSS A/S and held different roles in Carlsberg Group, Deutsche Telekom T-Systems, LEGO System A/S, Corebit Saptech A/S, TDC, and BFC Data A/S. Throughout their career, Odgaard has demonstrated expertise in managing IT projects, driving digital transformation, and delivering IT services.

Anders Odgaard has a BSc degree in Business Economics and Commercial Law from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they earned from 1991 to 1994. In 2005, they attended DIEU/Mannaz for a program in Process Management, and in 2001, they completed a Basic Leadership course at the same institution. In 2010 to 2011, Anders Odgaard participated in the Carlsberg Group ALDP, focusing on Leadership & General Management. Prior to their university education, they attended Vejle Handelsskole from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained an HH degree.
