Michael Lyster

Michael Lyster is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Corporate Finance Manager and Head of Internal Audit at Solar A/S since September 2011. Prior to this, Michael worked at Deloitte from September 1995 to August 2011, where roles included Senior Manager and Manager, with significant contributions to IFRS adoption, group consolidations, half-year reporting, IPO processes, and due diligence. Michael also has teaching experience in the Deloitte training program. Education was completed at Syddansk Universitet, spanning both undergraduate and graduate studies from 1995 to 2001, along with earlier education at Haderslev Handelsskole from 1992 to 1995.
