Georgia Gallimore

Georgia joined Solar for Schools in April 2022, following 9 years at a music college. She worked as Head of Student Services at a campus in Bristol, before moving to Berlin to launch a brand new college, and the first of its kind in mainland Europe. Georgia spent 6 years in Berlin working on the development of the college, providing support to students and staff, and managing administrative and logistical services across the college. In Late 2021, Georgia made the move back to the UK, and found Solar for Schools as an exciting opportunity to bring together her passions for education and sustainable development. Her main focus is on the schools, ensuring they experience excellent customer service and are supported throughout the process. Georgia is based in Cornwall and spends much of her free time down at the beach, either swimming, walking or doing a beach clean. She also volunteers at a food waste charity and drives a van around Cornwall delivering surplus food to rural communities.
