Dan Hickman is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in leading quality assurance initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Rayotek Scientific, Inc. since February 2017 and as Quality Manager Thin Films at Solar Gard since June 2015, Dan has effectively partnered with multiple departments to enhance thin film processes globally. Prior to these roles, Dan was the WCM Site Leader at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where significant cost reductions exceeding $10 million were achieved through World Class Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices. Dan also served as Quality Manager at Saint-Gobain, where a comprehensive quality organization was established across multiple regions, leading to ISO/AS9100 accreditation. Earlier experience includes a position as North American Quality Manager at Flowserve, where Dan successfully spearheaded cultural changes that dramatically improved manufacturing processes and quality standards. Dan holds an M.B.A. in Global Business from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University of Southern California.
