Satender Jakhar

Satender Jakhar is an experienced professional in the field of lean management and manufacturing excellence, currently serving as the Head of Lean Management/Manufacturing Excellence at Solar Industries India Limited since February 2023. Previously, Satender held the position of Lead TPM & Manufacturing Excellence at Escorts Kubota Limited from July 2019 to January 2023, and worked as a QA & TPM Coordinator at Exide Industries Limited from July 2010 to June 2019. With a strong background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), quality assurance, process improvement, and supplier development, Satender is a certified TPM facilitator from JMAC (JIPM) Japan. Satender has a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from BITS Bhiwani and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Arni University.
