Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Empower Energies from November 2021 to March 2024. Joel's career includes significant tenure at CS Energy as a Superintendent, CenterStar Energy Services as a Construction Manager, and Pro-Tech Energy Solutions as a Project Manager. Additionally, Joel was a Project Manager and Construction Foreman at SunEdison and worked as a Journeyman with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America for nearly a decade.
