Mark Schottinger

Mark F. Schottinger is the President and Chief Legal Officer of Solar Landscape since May 2019, previously serving as General Counsel and external attorney for the company through various roles at law firms, including Shackelford, Bowen, McKinley & Norton, LLP, and Kirkland & Ellis, focusing on intellectual property and high-stakes litigation. Beyond law, Mark has contributed to the film industry as a business advisor and promoter for "The Parking Lot Movie," while also owning Eastham Music Publishing LLC, where music licensing and royalty negotiations were key responsibilities. Additionally, Mark was a member of the Americana band 6 Day Bender, engaged in songwriting and band management. Mark holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from the University of Virginia.
