Todd Menadier

Todd Menadier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable energy, education, and proposal management. Currently serving as the Director of Proposals at Solar Landscape, Todd coordinates application requirements for community solar solicitations and compiles responses to RFPs. Previously, Todd held various educational roles, including Professional Development Coordinator at Rutgers University, where skilled training in Maker Education and STEM programs was provided to districts. Notably, Todd founded the first Green Energy Academy at Essex County Vocational Technical Schools, managing renewable energy projects and securing substantial funding. With a Master's degree in Power and Energy Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry with Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey, Todd combines a strong academic background with hands-on experience in the field.
