Kayla Chalfant

Kayla Chalfant is a Career Placement Associate at Solar One with more than 10 years of experiences serving disadvantaged populations. Specializing in Career Development, Kayla uses that experience to successfully help individuals identify and obtain their career and education goals. Prior to Solar One, Kayla was employed as a program manager for the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development Program Manager for HUD, working to bring career and education opportunities to individuals living in low income housing.
