Maya Blackmon

Maya V. Blackmon is an experienced environmental educator with a strong background in curriculum development and project-based learning. Currently serving as an Environmental Educator at Solar One, Maya provides resources on Climate Education and Green Technology to various educational institutions and programs. Previous roles include instructing high school seniors at Trees New York, working as a Communications and Marketing Intern at the Children's Environmental Literacy Foundation, and supporting the academic community at Sarah Lawrence College in multiple capacities, including technical assistance and event coordination. Maya's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Neuropsychology, and Political Economy from Sarah Lawrence College.
