Solar Optimum
Rene Melena has extensive experience in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the Field Manager and Project Management Supervisor at Solar Optimum since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rene worked at LA Solar Group from November 2016 to September 2021 as a Crew Foreman and Senior Technician. Rene began a career in the industry at SolarCity, where from March 2010 to September 2016, the role of Project Lead and Lead Installer was held. Rene holds an Electric apprenticeship degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from WyoTech and graduated with a diploma from South Gate High School in 2005.
