Clayton Schultz

Clayton Schultz is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager and previously as Program Engineer at Solar Plastics, LLC since September 2018, Clayton leads large-scale, high-investment projects, including the implementation of new production lines and facilities. Prior experience includes work as a Product Engineer at Miller Manufacturing, where Clayton spearheaded design and production initiatives, utilized engineering tools like Lean and Six Sigma, and collaborated with suppliers to enhance product quality. Earlier experience as a Manufacturing Engineer intern at Jarraff Industries involved creating standard operating procedures and document control.
