Colleen Harris

Colleen Harris has a solid background in IT and application development, with their most recent role being an IT Team Lead and Senior Application Development Analyst at NRG Energy since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Direct Energy Business from 2013 to 2021, where they held various positions including Sales Force IT Technical Program Manager and Senior Application Development Analyst. In these roles, they successfully managed large projects, participated in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), and provided technical direction and mentoring to their teams. Before joining Direct Energy Business, Colleen worked at Hess Corporation from 2009 to 2013, where they had roles in application development for Human Resource IT and Corporate Business Systems. Colleen was responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of applications and automating manual processes.

Colleen Harris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
