Mason Tang

Mason Tang began their work experience in 2014 as a Coding, Math, Science, and SAT Tutor for Wyzant and Bay Area Learning Center. In 2015, they worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Channelview High School. Tang then pursued freelance web development starting in 2018, creating and deploying websites for The Yard Kemah and Bay Area Learning Center. In 2020, they joined NRG Energy as a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, where they collaborated with the analytics team to architect and implement a centralized web application and also partnered with the sales team to create a dynamic full-stack website and dashboard. Tang's personal projects include a portfolio website and a GitHub repository.

Mason Tang completed their education at Thinkful in 2019, where they pursued Full Stack Software Engineering. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Tech University in 2013. Additionally, they attended San Jacinto College from 2008 to 2014, studying General Studies.
