Rick Bluntzer

Rick Bluntzer has held several senior leadership roles throughout their work experience. Rick began their career at LCRA in 2003, where they served as the Assistant General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, Bluntzer worked as the Managing Director at Public Strategies, Inc. Rick then joined NRG Energy in 2009 as the Vice President, and later advanced to the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs in 2011.
