Tracy Sadowski

Tracy Sadowski has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Tracy started their career at Rochester Gas and Electric as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for documenting business requirements and processes, drafting change requests, and providing support for energy transactions. Tracy then moved on to Direct Energy, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Products and Complex Transactions, Manager of US Power Billing, and Manager of Project Management. In these roles, they managed product strategy, tracked complex contractual changes, and oversaw project management. Tracy later became the Director of Retention Sales & Commercial Strategy, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and implementing small business segment strategies. Tracy also served as the Head of Commercial Execution and Head of Retention at Direct Energy Business. Most recently, Tracy worked at NRG Energy as the Managing Director, Strategic Client Services and is currently working as the Senior Director, Business Transformation. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering key account management services, leading a team of strategists, and implementing strategic initiatives. Tracy has a strong track record of driving growth, improving operations, and delivering innovative solutions to customers.

Tracy Sadowski attended Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on Leadership and Negotiation Academy. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Change and Quality Improvement from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2006. Tracy's undergraduate studies took place at the University of Rochester from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European History and Statistics.
