Rafał Najbauer

Rafał Najbauer has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Rafał began their career as a Translator/Proofreader at Skrivanek Poland in 2005 and continued in this role until 2010. Afterward, they worked as a PR & Marketing Specialist at Henpol from 2010 to 2014, where they managed marketing activities and supported sales in the real estate industry. Following this, they joined Induprogress as a Marketing & PR Specialist from 2014 to 2015, where they developed marketing strategies, managed budgets, and supported sales through online platforms. In 2015, they became the Marketing & Development Manager at Awbud S.A., where they implemented marketing strategies, managed budgets, and collaborated with external stakeholders to maintain the company's image. Rafał then served as a Sales Project Manager at City Parking Group S.A. from 2017 to 2021, where they managed sales projects and monitored the construction market for new investments. In 2021, they joined Park-M Group as a Business Development Manager, responsible for establishing and growing business relationships. Rafał continued in a similar role as a Business Development Manager at Design Express Polska from 2022 to 2023. Finally, they are currently working at SOLAR SPY as a Business Development Manager.
