Ava Shore

Ava Shore is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in operations, logistics, and member experience. Currently serving as CRM Manager at Solar States since December 2021, Ava has also held titles such as Operations Manager and Logistics Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Farm Assistant at WWOOF-USA®, where daily operations of an organic homestead farm were managed. At Inspire, leadership was demonstrated as a Senior Bilingual Member Experience Specialist, overseeing member accounts in both Spanish and English. Academic contributions at Lafayette College include mentoring students and conducting research in areas such as engineering psychology and sustainable solar fuels. Ava holds a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Studies from Lafayette College.
