Ben Fishler

Ben Fishler is a highly experienced engineer specializing in turbine aerodynamics, currently serving as a Senior Principal Turbine Aerodynamics Engineer at Solar Turbines since March 2019. With a solid background that includes positions at General Atomics DIII-D National Fusion Facility and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Ben has contributed to various projects such as fusion research, electric fuel heater design, and advanced computational fluid dynamics analyses of compressors and turbines. Ben's earlier roles at Pratt & Whitney AeroPower and Hamilton Sundstrand focused on aerodynamics and manufacturing processes, further solidifying a robust foundation in aerospace engineering. Ben holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
