Previous roles include Director of Financial Compliance and Assistant Controller, alongside progressive positions at Caterpillar Inc., SunGard SCT, and AT&T, highlighting expertise in consolidations, SEC compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Craig's career began at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from St. John's University and a BSA in Accountancy from Villanova University.
