Jonathan Ginzel

Jonathan Ginzel currently serves as the Director of Global Total Rewards at Solar Turbines. Previously, Jonathan held multiple positions at Caterpillar Inc., including Director of Global Labor Relations, Group Human Resource Director for Energy & Transportation, and Senior Human Resources Manager for the Remanufacturing Division. Jonathan is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Washington University in St. Louis, having attended the institution since 1997.
