Bret Fanshaw has a diverse work experience in the environmental sector. Bret recently served as the West Region Director for Solar United Neighbors, where they oversaw state programs in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, and Texas. Prior to that, Bret worked as the Arizona Program Director for Solar United Neighbors, where they organized solar co-ops and advocated for strong solar policies in the state. Before joining Solar United Neighbors, Bret was the Director of the Go Solar Campaign at Environment America, where they developed campaign strategies and policies for promoting solar energy nationally and with state affiliate groups. Bret also worked as an Advocate at Environment Arizona, leading campaigns to achieve clean energy goals and protect natural resources. In addition, Bret briefly served as the Campaign Director at Work for Progress, where they managed an electoral project during the 2012 election. Overall, Bret's work experience reflects their dedication to promoting renewable energy and advocating for environmental causes.
Bret Fanshaw received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
