Geoff Garbers

Geoff Garbers is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in web and mobile site development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at SolarAfrica Energy since January 2022, Geoff previously held senior developer roles at Tencent Africa (October 2015 - December 2021), Total Send (January 2013 - September 2015), and Prezence Digital (January 2009 - December 2012), where responsibilities included overseeing other developers and managing IT infrastructure. Starting as a Web Developer at Cellsmart Technologies (December 2007 - January 2009), Geoff contributed to the development of client projects ranging from major brands to multimedia initiatives. Geoff holds a National Diploma and National Certificate in Multimedia Technology from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and is an alumnus of Wynberg Boys' High School.
