Jacob Faber

Jacob Faber is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as a Field Applications Engineer for C&I Inverters at SolarEdge Technologies since February 2023, Jacob previously held the position of Senior Applications Engineer at Alencon Systems LLC from February 2020 to February 2023. Early in the career, Jacob progressed from roles as Application Engineer to Electro-mechanical Production and Test at Alencon Systems LLC. Additional experience includes an internship at SMART Technologies, focusing on advancing touch display technology through electromagnetic compatibility testing, and a Field Engineering Assistant role at Asnet Technologies Ltd in New Zealand, where Jacob provided on-site installations for audio-visual equipment. Jacob also served as Technical Director at Habonim Dror Camp Miriam, managing operational logistics for a summer camp. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2019.
