Jacques van der Bijl

Jacques van der Bijl is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Product Europe at SolarEdge Technologies since December 2013. Throughout a decade at SolarEdge, Jacques has held various leadership roles, including Director of Technical Marketing for both North & West Europe and Benelux, as well as Director of Service for Benelux and Service Manager for the Netherlands & Belgium. Prior to this, Jacques worked at De Stroomplantage as a Project Engineer in Solar, and held service-related positions at Thebalux B.V. and multiple functions at Tempo-Team. Jacques holds certifications in NEN 1010 and in NEN PV-systems for the installation and inspection of solar panels.
