Tobias Voelkel

Tobias Voelkel is currently the Director of Key Accounts at SolarEdge Technologies since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tobias served as the Head of Sales and Business Development at SINN Power from January 2022 to September 2023, focusing on business development and market intelligence in floating photovoltaic solutions. Tobias held various positions at bp from January 2020 to January 2022 as Subsea Controls Lead and Project Manager, ensuring project execution aligned with cost and schedule requirements. Tobias’s tenure at Schlumberger from December 2014 to January 2020 included roles as Global Domain Champion and Global Business Development Manager, emphasizing customer engagement and business strategy within the Subsea Control Systems product line. Earlier experience includes program management at OneSubsea and engineering roles at Cameron, where Tobias led teams in delivering optimal solutions and managing engineering departments. Tobias holds a Dipl.Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering and technische Informatik from Leibniz Universität Hannover, completed in 2005.
