Matt Kneifl is an accomplished executive in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in project finance, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Pueblo of Tesuque Development Corporation and Managing Member at Adaptiv Energy Capital, Matt has held key leadership roles at various organizations, including Senior Vice President at SolaREIT and Chief Operating Officer at Madison Street Renewables. Previous experience includes positions at Amp Energy as Director of US Acquisitions & Partnerships and as Director of Project Finance at Panda Power Funds, where Matt contributed to significant clean energy infrastructure initiatives. Matt holds an MBA in Energy and Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
