Alexander Capanzana

Alexander Capanzana is an experienced Equipment and Process Sustaining Engineer with a robust background in the semiconductor and manufacturing sectors. Since October 2015, Alexander has been with Thin Film Electronics, focusing on equipment selection, installation, and supporting new product qualifications in backend assembly. Concurrently, Alexander has been with Solaria Corporation since July 2011, managing production equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, facilitating training, and leading continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Alexander's earlier tenure at ESEC from January 1981 to December 2006 involved technical sales and service, supporting semiconductor assembly equipment, implementing customer improvement teams, and maintaining open communication channels to enhance equipment performance.
