Alejandro Botija

Alejandro Botija has a diverse work experience in various fields. Alejandro began their career as a Prácticas en empresa at Indesfor Soria, S.L in 2015, followed by Prácticas extracurriculares at Técnica agrícola de Soria, S.A (TECNAS). In 2016, they worked as a Delineante at Técnica agrícola de Soria, S.A (TECNAS). Alejandro then joined Refricliso S.L. in 2017, where they performed operations of maintenance in climatization and refrigeration. Alejandro also gained experience as an intern at CETASA Compañía Eólica de Tierras Altas S.A., where they focused on data analysis and park work. In 2018, Alejandro worked as a Técnico de vigilancia de incendios at Servicio Territorial de Medio Ambiente de Soria. Alejandro later joined Megara Energía in 2019, where they worked as a Técnico en optimización y autoconsumo energético en el mundo rural. Currently, Alejandro is the Head of Operations Control Center at Solarig, where they started in 2019 and previously worked as an O&M Monitoring and Control Technician.

From 2011 to 2016, they attended Universidad de Valladolid and earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Alejandro'sfield of study during this time was specifically focused on the Forest Industry as part of the Forest Engineering program.

Subsequently, they pursued further education at the same university and from 2016 to 2017, they completed a Master's degree in Engineering. The specific focus of their master's program was Bioenergy and Energy Sustainability Engineering.
