Pablo Poza has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Pablo worked as a Project Director for Solarig, where they oversaw various projects such as the construction of a 16MW PV plant in Japan and the revamping of PV plants in Peru. Pablo also served as an Engineering Coordinator and Electrical Superintendent for the Guillena Project, where they supervised the design and construction of a large-scale PV site. In addition, Pablo held the position of Head of EPC in the Asia and Pacific Region for Solarig, managing projects in Kanazawa, Japan, and other locations. Prior to joining Solarig, they worked as a Project and Site Manager, overseeing the design and construction of PV Farms. Pablo also gained experience in the field of engineering at companies like Duero Solar and DGH Robotica.
