Raquel Bonafonte Gómez

Raquel Bonafonte Gómez has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, starting with their role as Group CFO at Solarig since 2022. Prior to that, they served as CFO at Capital Energy from 2019 to 2022, where they managed a team of professionals and oversaw a portfolio of wind and solar projects. Raquel also worked as the Finance Managing Director at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) from 2018 to 2019, adapting the company to new systems and procedures. Before that, they held the position of Finance Managing Director at RP Global from 2016 to 2018, where they consolidated a group of companies involved in hydro, wind power, and photovoltaic projects. Raquel's earlier experience includes serving as CFO and Managing Director at COGEN ENERGIA ESPAÑA S.L.U, where they focused on co-generation energy projects, and as Managing Director & CFO at ROWECOM SPAIN, a subsidiary of an American company specializing in the distribution of technical information.

Raquel Bonafonte Gómez's education history is as follows:

From 1992 to 1997, Raquel attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

In 2006 and 2007, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad de Alcalá. Raquel'sfield of study during this program was "Finanzas de la Energía Business Administration Energy Sector."

In 2009, Raquel completed a course on "Analisis economico financiero del Sector Energético" at Club Español de la Energía & Deloitte.

In 2010 and 2011, they participated in the "Programa Avanzado Mercado de Capitales y Financiaciones Estructuradas" at IEB Instituto Estudios Bursátiles.

Also in 2010, they attended IIB for a course on "Técnicas Avanzadas de Negociación."

Finally, in 2011 and 2012, Raquel pursued a Master in Business Intelligence at Universidad de Barcelona OBS.
