John Janousek

John Janousek currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure since June 2017, where responsibilities include providing leadership and overseeing all aspects of Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant from July 2016 to June 2017, and as Director of Human Resources at Trican Well Service Ltd. (2010-2016), BJ Services/Baker Hughes (2003-2010), and Burlington Resources (1983-2002). John Janousek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Houston, earned between 1990 and 1992.
