Tatiana Giraldo, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in the field of nutrition. Currently serving at Solaris Healthcare since August 2020, Tatiana has previously held positions as a dietetic intern at the University of Central Florida and Keiser University, as well as a sports nutrition intern at the University of Central Florida. Additional experience includes an internship with Orange County Public Schools in food and nutrition services. Prior to entering the nutrition field, Tatiana worked as a dental assistant from 2011 to 2019. Educational credentials include a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cell Biology and Biotechnology from Georgia Gwinnett College.
