Matt Heemskerk, P.Eng has a diverse range of work experience in the renewable energy industry. Matt began their career at Solaris MCI in 2006 as a Mechanical Technologist. In this role, they gained hands-on experience in mechanical engineering.

In 2017, Matt was promoted to the position of Manager - O&M and Field Services. In this role, they oversaw the operations and maintenance of solar energy projects, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.

Following their successful stint as the Manager of O&M and Field Services, Matt took on the role of Manager of Projects. Here, they displayed their leadership capabilities by overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Most recently, Matt has been appointed as the Team Lead - Project Management at Solaris MCI. This demonstrates their continued growth and development within the company.
