Dustin Hatley

Dustin Hatley has over 30 years of work experience in various accounting and financial roles. Dustin served as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Solaris Water and Aris Water Solutions in 2021. Prior to that, they were the VP CAO & Controller at Noble Energy from 2005 to 2020, where they played a key role in the acquisition of Noble Energy by Chevron. Dustin also served as the Chief Accountant at Eni Petroleum Company from 2002 to 2005. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Audit at Ernst & Young from 1991 to 2002. Dustin began their career as a Financial Analyst at Baker Hughes in 1989 and worked as an Accountant at Texas Eastern Pipeline from 1988 to 1989.

Dustin Hatley completed their education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Dustin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, which they pursued from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from 1989 to 1991 at the same university. In 1996, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Accountancy.
