Steve Tompsett

Steve Tompsett has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate development. Steve started their career in 2005 as an Associate in Investment Banking at JPMorgan. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Synthesis Energy Systems as part of the Corporate Development & Finance team. Steve then joined Energy Transfer Partners as Director of Finance from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to Tesoro Corporation as CFO of Logistics until 2016 when they became the Vice President & Treasurer at Andeavor (formerly Tesoro). From 2016 to 2018, Steve held the role of Vice President & Treasurer at Andeavor. Steve then served as Chief Financial Officer at EagleClaw Midstream from 2019 to 2021 and at Limetree Bay Energy from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Steve is the Chief Financial Officer at Aris Water Solutions.

Steve Tompsett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
