Casey Carnes has over 18 years of experience in the oilfield and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure since September 2014 after progressing through various roles including Assembly Manager, Welding Manager, and Materials Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Welding Supervisor at Loadcraft Industries, Ltd., where responsibilities included supervising teams and ensuring adherence to safety and productivity goals. Casey began the career as a Welder/Service Technician at R & S Industries, Inc., focusing on welding techniques and equipment maintenance. Casey holds a High School Diploma from Brownwood High School and studied at Texas State Technical College-West Texas.
