Kyle Ramachandran

Kyle Ramachandran serves as President and Chief Financial Officer for Solaris. Previously Kyle served as the Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Solaris, Kyle was a member of the Barra Energia management team, a First Reserve and Riverstone sponsored E&P vehicle-based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Before joining Barra Energia, Kyle spent two years at First Reserve Corporation (Greenwich, CT), a global energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to First Reserve, Kyle began his career in Citigroup’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group (New York). He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College, where he graduated cum laude. In 2018, Kyle was recognized by Oil and Gas Investor magazine as an honoree for their Class of 2018 Forty Under 40. He was selected as one of the 40 featured individuals from across the nation who have excelled in entrepreneurial leadership and problem-solving.
